Zvahl Baileys.
This spell can be safely soloed easily at 95 with some care. You will need a way to sneak and invisible to camp. Setting Chaotic Eye is Helpful.
The spell can be learned from Kindred in any Dynamis that they appear. Kills are not difficult. But one of course needs a party of good friends to be able to reach the monsters in their respective zones.
 This NM only uses on TP move Quadrastrike! That is the good news. The bad news is that his pop time can run from 2 to 9 hours. But if you cannot reach the Kindred in Dynamis he is currently ones best hope. He is a Lottery spawn, starting 2 hours from the last time of death from the Abyssal Demon / Doom Demon (shared spawn) and Blood Demon that appear on the west side of the J-10 room. He has been soloed by level 85 jobs with not too much trouble, so at 95 a BLU should be able to mop the floor with him. If you want to be super safe bring along a healer and no problems should happen. Work your way to the camp which is a bit deep in the Baileys. Aggro shouldn't be an issue. Since he only uses Quadrastrike, you will see the spell. In fact you will see it too much. Zerg him down as fast as you can. He has about 9500 HP, so there is little risk of you killing him accidently without seeing the spell. As you will be killing placeholders as you wait, you should have a nice full TP pool to unload a devistating Skill Chain on him when you need to put him down. Good luck. Hope you learn!
It's my opinion that IF they use it, the WAR class ones (Same job as Marquis Sabnock) are the best bet to be the ones who do. So focusing attention on them might be the best option if one is going to go hunting in these zones. If you see the spell from any of these zones, please drop a line with where, and from what.
