Oats is best
hunted
in Yuhtunga and Yhoator Jungles or The Boyahda Tree. These camps offer
Mandies that can take a bit if a beating without dying before they can
use a TP move.
This spell can be soloed with no issues. No special items needed.
Just head out into the zone of choice and Kill Mandies. They are all over the above Zones, and are not hard to find. There are many other Mandragora class monsters all over the world. Lower level ones can teach the spell, but die very easily to a high level players attacks. And if you get the spell in the Jungles, equip it and run about casting it on all the Mandies you can find while shouting "How do YOU like it! How do YOU like it now!!!!"
