Demoralizing Roar is a real pain if you can't erase it, it wil cut your damage down by a significant amount.
Granite Hide is annoying in the other direction, it needs to be dispelled or some of your damage dealers will be end up doing no damage! Clobber is done by the Wivre's tail. |

Demoralizing Roar is best hunted
in North Gustaberg (S).
This spell can be safely soloed when you can learn it. A low damage weapon to feed the Wivre TP is useful. Having a way to erase yourself, and dispell the Wivre make life a ton simpler.
In the Northern Part of North Gustaberg (S) in the area indicated on the map above there are 11 Lesser Wivre. Being only level 47 at best, the Wivre here are easy solo targets for a 75 BLU. Set spells or subjobs so you can Dispell and Erase the annoying moves, and get to work feeding TP, you know the drill! You should have no issues. Respawn is a fast five minutes, so you'll always have targets.
Not enough Wivre at Camp #1 for you? Then Camp #2 is perfect for you! Twenty Wivre spawn from just north of the Campaign tower, down to the eastern half of the area to its south as indicated above. These Wivre are a bit stronger, and can rate as high as a strong DC to a level 75 player. So you might want to bring a small group along to deal with them easily. They can hit hard. Be sure to Dispell Granite Hide, and Erase Demoralizing Roar from yourself, as they will make the kills much harder. There are some Goblins and Treants in the southern part of the spawn area that can aggro, so take care.
Out on Tandjana Islet there are Eight Wivre spawns. Get there via the Undersea Ruins or Mamool Ja Staging Point. It's a bird camp! You know the way! You can kill the Wivre here with a merit style party without much difficulty. But this camp is often used for merit parties, and the Wivre are often killed, so they may be difficult to claim. Also, with so many easier to deal with Wivre in camps 1 and 2 why bother here? For the Blue Mage that likes a thill!
