Sometimes Goblins drop the bomb when they try to do Bomb Toss. When this happens the TP move becomes a Self Destruct move, doing fire damage equal to the Goblins remaining HP.

Minimum Blue Mage Level Needed To Acquire Spell: Level 18
Bomb Toss is best hunted in a starting area near one of the three cities.

This spell can be soloed starting at level 18 when you can learn it. No party is needed.

No special items are needed.

Just head out from a starting city and kill Goblins. There is no shortage of low level easy to solo Goblins about. You need to work to NOT find them!

There are many other Goblins all over the world. Many are all higher in level, and will require a party, or skilled help to kill. With so many easy low level options, they are not recommended.

 
Special notes about the spell a Blue Mage may like to know
Can I solo it? Yes. A very easy spell to solo starting when you can learn it at level 18.
Do I need any special items? No, a low damage weapon to feed the Goblin TP can help.
Do Goblins like to use the move? Yes, with only two TP moves, they are Bomb Tossing crazymen.
You cannot learn the move from the Moblins in Movalpolos
The move deals AoE fire damage. Blue mages cannot drop the bomb and suicide.
