Barbed Crescent
is best hunted in the Phomiuna Aqueducts.
This spell can be safely soloed with no issues at 95. Bringing sneak and invisible items or spells may be needful to reach camp.
The Best place to hunt Fomor class mobs is in the Phomiuna Aqueducts. They are easy to reach, and there is a good supply of them about. One in the zone head for the circled areas above. At 95 you can move here without much worry, though take care as some high level spiders lurk in various corners and can aggro. Head for the circled areas and you'll find various jobbed Fomor. The aggro to sound, and low HP. So keep that in mind. Use a low damage weapon to feed TP and wait for your spell to pop up and learn. You should have few worries here. Good luck!
The Sacrarium is a good camp due to sheer numbers of the Fomors here. In each of the red circled areas above, you'll find many in the rooms and the halls. It's a bit of a walk to get here, but you may like it better. Once you get thru the maze, and dodge some other possible aggro (Or kill it) start to work your way around the rooms killing Fomor until you see and learn your spell. A low damage weapon to feed TP helps in not killing them too fast.
You can find Fomor in other zones, but they only pop after dark. They don't make the best camps due to this.
